2008/'09 Student Council

R Teague, Senior Prefect and Chairman of Student Council. A keen reader and a devoted cat-lover, he plans to read Theology in University next year.

D Finnegan, Deputy Head Prefect. His interests include hill-walking, tennis and going to the theatre. His favourite colour is yellow.

M Hennessy, 6th Yr Rep. A celebrated local angler and follower of Scunthorpe Utd, he plans to make his millions in the business world after further education.

S Kearney - 5th Yr Rep. A devotee of Shakespeare, Milton and the works of Rousseau, he intends to study English Literature at Oxford, before becoming an English teacher in the High School. Likes volleyball.

D Roe - TY Rep. Noted hurler and poker player, he has also been instrumental in setting up the local banjo club. His favourite singer is Red Hurley.

F McConnon, 3rd Yr Rep. A political animal at heart, he is intent on being Head Prefect by 5th Yr. Deeply moved by President Obama'a successes, he plans to join FG at the earliest opportunity and sees Taoiseach as an achievable goal before he reaches 40.

B Conaghy, 2nd Yr Rep. His main passion is wildlife photography, and he also maintains a strong interest in trains and aquaducts. He once saw Bonio and The Hedge on Grafton Street.
